Frequently Asked Questions

Where is your coffee from?

Our coffee is single-origin, sourced from the high-altitude growing regions of Peru — where elevations above 5,000 feet and rich Andean soil produce naturally complex, clean-tasting beans.

What roast levels do you offer?

We currently offer our Original House Blend as a medium roast — balanced, smooth, and approachable. We're working on expanding our lineup with dark roast and seasonal blends soon.

Do you offer ground coffee?

Currently we sell whole bean only — grinding fresh is the best way to preserve the flavor and aroma of specialty coffee. We recommend grinding just before brewing for the best cup.

How should I store my coffee?

Store your El Cafecito coffee in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Our bags feature a one-way valve to keep beans fresh. For best results, use within 3–4 weeks of opening.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes! Our subscription program is coming soon — receive fresh-roasted El Cafecito delivered to your door on your schedule, with subscriber savings and free shipping. Stay tuned.

Do you do pop-ups or events?

Yes — we love showing up in person. Follow us on social media to stay up to date on upcoming pop-ups, markets, and community events near you.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary by location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?

Because coffee is a consumable product, we're unable to accept returns. However, if there's an issue with your order — damaged packaging, incorrect item — please reach out to us at hello.elcafecito@gmail.com and we'll make it right.

Still have questions?
