We want you to love everything you receive. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — simply and without hassle.
Return eligibility
We accept returns on brewing equipment and accessories within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it arrived.
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@shopcafecito.com with your order number and a brief note about why you'd like to return. We'll guide you through the rest.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Something arrived damaged?
We're so sorry — that's not the experience we want for you. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us at hello@shopcafecito.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged item and packaging
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund right away, no return shipping required.
A note on coffee
Because coffee is a perishable product, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used coffee. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.
If you simply didn't enjoy the flavor, we'd love to hear about your experience and help you find a roast that suits your palate better in a future order.
Membership cancellation & refunds
You can cancel your El Cafecito membership at any time — no questions asked, no hoops to jump through. Simply email us at hello@shopcafecito.com or manage your subscription through your account.
To avoid being charged for the following month, please cancel at least 5 days before your renewal date. Shipments that have already been packed and dispatched cannot be refunded for that cycle.
If you're cancelling due to a quality or service issue, please let us know — we'd genuinely like the chance to make things right before you go.
How refunds work
Once a return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or card issuer.
