We take care with everything we send — because what arrives at your door should feel as considered as the coffee inside it.
When does my order ship?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow it home.
Shipping within the United States
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): Calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee.
- Free Shipping: Complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $75.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on your location and package size.
Following your order
Every shipment includes tracking. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you know exactly when to expect it.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation email arrives.
When does my monthly membership ship?
Membership shipments go out in the first week of each month. Your freshly roasted coffee and monthly letter will be prepared and shipped together as one package.
Membership shipments follow the same delivery timelines as standard orders. If you need to update your shipping address before your next shipment, please reach out to us at least 5 days before the 1st of the month.
A note on freshness
Our coffees are roasted to order or in small batches, which means they're at their best within 2–4 weeks of the roast date. We time our shipments carefully to ensure your beans arrive fresh and ready to brew.
We recommend storing your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container and grinding just before brewing for the best experience.
